San Francisco, and now, the surrounding Bay Area, is the #1 area for International Buyers looking to invest in properties in the United States.

There are many factors that make the Bay Area attractive for not just homebuyers and tenants, but also investors. Property value in the Bay Area has risen exponentially in recent years with the development of Silicon Valley into a tech hub.  Because of this, it’s not uncommon to find a multitude of investors competing over a single Bay Area property. The average traditional rental income makes it a great real estate investment.
